Very. The calculator on this page uses the exact same pricing we bill at checkout: $3 per moving box for week one, $1.50 per box for every additional week, $25 per week for the hand truck, $10 per pack of packing paper, $3 per roll of labelling tape, and a flat $50 + HST delivery fee for addresses within 30 km. The only thing that can change your total after you submit is a delivery address that falls outside that 30 km radius — in that case we'll follow up with a custom delivery quote before confirming anything.
Do I need to pay anything to submit a quote request?
No. Filling out this form and clicking "Send My Quote Request" does not charge your card or reserve boxes automatically — we don't even ask for payment details here. It simply sends your rental details to our team by email so we can confirm availability for your dates and follow up to finalize your reusable moving box order.

If you're moving more than a handful of moving boxes, yes. At $25 per week, the hand truck lets one person stack and roll three loaded boxes at once instead of carrying them individually, which meaningfully speeds up loading and unloading — especially for apartment moves with stairs or elevators.
